Cancellation and Rescheduling
Life happens. This policy exists so neither of us has to guess.
Changing a session
You can cancel or reschedule any session with at least 24 hours’ notice, for any reason. No charge, and the session is not used. Use the booking link or just reach out — whichever is easier.
Late cancellations and no-shows
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t show up, that session counts as used. For a single session, the full session fee applies. This isn’t a penalty — that hour was held for you and can’t be given to anyone else on short notice.
Emergencies are different. If something real comes up — illness, a family emergency — tell me when you can. We’ll sort it out like people.
If I need to change a session
If I ever have to reschedule, I’ll give you as much notice as I can, and your session is never counted as used because of a change on my end.
The Build Yourself On Purpose package
Your 8 sessions are yours to use within 8 months of your first session. Rescheduling inside that window works the same as above. If you decide to stop the package early, any unused sessions are refunded at $175 per session.
Free consultation calls
The consultation is free, and the same courtesy runs both ways: if you can’t make it, reschedule through the booking link when you can. If a consultation is missed twice without notice, I won’t rebook it — not out of spite; the hour has to stay available for people who are ready to use it.
