Over time, I began to see the same patterns in myself, my teams, and the people around me: unspoken rules, inherited responses, and internal structures that made sense once — but no longer served who we were becoming.

My background spans more than two decades in operational leadership — roles where I was responsible for stabilizing complexity, building clarity inside chaotic systems, and supporting teams through high‑stakes environments. But the deeper foundation of this work comes from a lifetime spent in dysfunctional environments long before my career began. Those early experiences shaped internal systems built for survival, and later, my professional roles gave me the language, structure, and perspective to finally understand them.
