The AUTHOR Reflection Worksheet

Understanding the patterns shaping your behavior under pressure

Most people know something is off long before they can name it.

They’re exhausted in ways that rest doesn’t fix. Reactive in situations that shouldn’t feel that big. Carrying responsibility that was never fully theirs to carry. Operating on patterns that once worked — but no longer fit the life, leadership, or relationships they’re trying to build.

This worksheet won’t tell you what’s wrong with you. Nothing is wrong with you.

It will help you identify what’s running underneath — the patterns built under pressure that shape how you lead, relate, communicate, and respond. And it will give you a starting point for understanding where those patterns came from, what they’ve been protecting, and what a strategy to change them actually looks like.

Work through it honestly. Sit with the questions that feel uncomfortable. Those are usually the ones that matter most.

The AUTHOR Reflection Worksheet walks you through six stages of structured self-reflection — Acknowledge, Understand, Trace, Halt, Open, and Rewrite — to help you identify the patterns shaping your behavior under pressure and begin building the strategy to change them.

It is not therapy. It is not a personality test. It is a framework for honest self-examination — and the first step toward a real strategy.

This worksheet is for personal reflection and awareness only. It is not therapy, mental health treatment, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
